Our Lanham office was the first AB location, which opened in 1993, and now serves as our company headquarters.

Lanham is a suburb of Washington, D.C., in Prince George’s County that has a population of about 10,000 people. Our Lanham office is located off the Washington, D.C., Capitol Beltway, about 15 miles east of the city. Having our headquarters in such close proximity to the nation’s capital allows us to take on projects for the public sector in addition to our private clients.

In addition to any D.C.-area projects, our Lanham office typically takes on all of AB’s Virginia-based clients. Clients in Bethesda, College Park, Hyattsville, Silver Spring, Arlington and Alexandria should all contact our Lanham location with any project inquiries and other questions.

Meanwhile, our Baltimore location covers any projects in Delaware. With only 35 miles separating the two locations, we are able to streamline all communication and transportation between the two offices for maximum efficiency.
